Surveys are vital to provide information about the species that are present on a site, they are the first assessment you will need to carry out if you are to make major changes to your land. An initial survey provides baseline data about your site which are used to guide your site’s management and any mitigation that might be necessary. Gathering of long-term data is a useful strategy to determine the impacts of any changes and to highlight species and community changes.

Employing our years of experience in working in the scientific and environmental sector we can carry out a wide range of services to suit your needs, whether you need to know what type of habitats and species you have present on your land, need advice about how to manage your habitats or how to go about restoring and creating wildlife areas, we can provide the answer. We will always attempt to put your site into context both within the landscape and in it’s importance in providing existing conservation value. We strive to produce the highest quality work at all times.

We are able to carry out Phase 1 and Phase 2 habitat surveys and have several years experience in undertaking botanical recording for a range of clients and habitat types. We can tailor the survey to suit your needs.
